💳 Online Payment Gateway Setup

When connected, students and parents can make online payments via the SchoolTracs App and Online Store.

Go to Settings → Payment Gateway to configure your preferred provider.

🔗 Connecting Stripe

1. Go to Stripe Settings.

2. Check 'I understand that there are service charges per transaction.'

3. Click Connect to Stripe.

• You will be redirected to Stripe's secure setup page based on your location, then apply Stripe online.

4. Check Enable Stripe and save.

📲 Once enabled, online payments will be available through the SchoolTracs App and Online Store.

🔗 Connecting ECPay

1. Go to ECPay Settings.

2. Click the website link to register for an ECPay account.

3. Enter the Merchant ID, Hash Key, and Hash IV provided by ECPay.

4. Check Enable ECPay and save.

📲 Once enabled, online payments will be available through the SchoolTracs App and Online Store.

🔗 Connecting HitPay

1. Go to HitPay Settings.

2. Click the website link to register for a HitPay account.

3. In your HitPay dashboard, go to Settings → API Keys.

4. Generate or copy your API Key and Salt.

5. Paste these into the corresponding fields in SchoolTracs, check Enable HitPayand save.

📲 Once enabled, online payments will be available through the SchoolTracs App and Online Store.

🔗 Connecting QFPay or 2C2P

1. Go to the respective Payment Gateway Settings.

2. Enter the required payment credentials.

3. Check Enable and save.
