📅 Timetable Settings
You can configure how your timetable behaves under Settings > Timetable.
These options help automate attendance, control schedule visibility, and keep your timetable organized.
1. Auto Attendance
When Auto Attendance is enabled, the system will automatically mark students as Present at the end of each day if no attendance has been recorded.
2. Default Time Range
Set the start time and end time of your timetable to match your center’s operating hours.
3. Extend Period
Lessons are displayed based on the Extend Period setting.
If lessons don’t have an end date, they will only appear within this period.
This is useful for managing ongoing recurring lessons.
4. Lock Timetable
Lock edits on or before a specific date to prevent accidental or unauthorized changes.
Ideal for maintaining timetable integrity once a schedule is finalized.
5. Drag & Drop Scheduling
Enable Drag & Drop Scheduling to easily move lessons or create new ones directly from the timetable.
Users can drag lessons to reschedule or click empty slots to create new lessons quickly.
6. Delete Automatically
When Delete Automatically is enabled, SchoolTracs will automatically delete a lesson once the last student is removed.
Turn on this feature to keep your timetable clean and up to date.
