🎁 How to Set Up Loyalty Rewards
1. Enable Loyalty
Go to Settings > Loyalty
Toggle Enable to turn on the loyalty program
2. Configure Loyalty Settings
2.1 Spend X, Get Y Points
Set how many points are earned per dollar spent
Select Applies to items
Click Add
2.2 Attend 1 Lesson, Get Y Points
Enter the number of points students earn when marked Present in the timetable
Select Applies to items
2.3 Earn X points on first use of Student App
Enter the number of points students earn when they first use the Student App.
Enter the effective date.
2.4 Earn X points by settling invoice Y days before due date
Enter the number of points students earn
Enter days before due date
3. Set Point Expiry
Input the Point Expiry Date
Click Save
4. Add Rewards
Click Add reward
Select the reward from the list
Input Points needed
Click Add
🛍️ How to Redeem a Reward
1. Earn Points
Students automatically earn loyalty points with each purchase
2. Select a Reward
Go to the Rewards List
Choose a reward to redeem
3. Redeem and Pay
Click Pay to complete the redemption
A receipt will be generated
