🔔 Notification Settings
Manage how and when messages are sent to students or parents by going to Settings > Notifications.
✉️ How to Configure a Notification
1. Select a Notification Event

Click on the action you want to send a notification for (e.g. new enrolment, reschedule, etc.)

2. Choose the Notification Channel

Select one or more channels: Email, SMS, or App

For Email and SMS, you can set the action to either:

Send – Send the message automatically

Draft – Save it as a draft for manual review

3. Compose the Message

Enter the Subject and Message Content

Click “Show More” to access and insert placeholders (e.g. student name, course date)

Click Save to apply the changes
📝 Common Notification Triggers
| Action | Trigger Description |

| New class enrolled | When a new order is manually created in Sales |
| Enrolments dropped | When an order is deleted in Sales |
| Student rescheduled | When a student is rescheduled or dropped in Sales, or marked for makeup in Timetable |
