👤 Student Settings

Go to Settings > Student to configure student number patterns, levels, membership types, and custom fields.

🔢 Student Number Pattern

• Define the format of student numbers using the # symbol.

  • Example:

    • #### → generates numbers like 0001, 0002

    • mm-dd-yyyy-#### → generates 05-24-2019-0001

• You can choose to reset numbering daily or monthly, e.g.

  • Day 1: 05-24-2019-0001

  • Day 2: 05-25-2019-0001

🎓 Student Levels

Use levels to track student progress.

1. Enter all levels in your system, including the highest level

2. To promote a student, click "Promote all students" and then Save

🏷️ Membership Types

Assign membership types to students for discounts or benefits.

How to Add Membership Types:

1. Click "Add Membership Type"

2. Enter the name of the membership and click Save

How to Apply a Membership to a Student:

1. Go to the student's profile

2. Select a Membership Type

3. (Optional) Input:

   • Since date (start date)

   • Valid Through date (end date)

• Leave the date fields empty if the membership is permanent

• You can end a membership anytime by entering a Valid Through date

📝 Custom Fields

Add up to 3 custom fields to the student form.

• All custom fields are text-based (String)

• Maximum 255 characters per field

• Useful for storing additional info such as referral source, school name, etc.
