Importing class fee

To import data, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Import.

2. Download the template.

3. Enter your data into the Excel file, either by typing or copying and pasting. Please ensure the following:

   • The file must be in .xlsx format.

   • All cells must be formatted as text (not date, boolean, or other formats).

   • The column headers must exactly match those in the template.

4. Upload the completed file to proceed with the import.

 

Note on fee data :

Number of Month	Required only for "Fee Type" is monthly. This field specifies every 1 / 2 / 3 ... month the fee is charged.	Numeric

a. $2,000 per month, regardless of the number of weeks in the month.
