To import data, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Import.
2. Select module to import
3. Download the import template or upload your own file.
4. Enter your data into the Excel file, either manually or by copying and pasting.
Please follow these guidelines:
The file must be in .csv or.xlsx format.
5. Upload the completed template to proceed with the import.

1. Choose an Action
Add new records only: Only imports brand new items. Existing items are ignored.
Update existing records only: Only updates items already in the system. New items are ignored.
Add new and update existing records: Updates existing items and adds new ones.
Updates to existing records cannot be undone. Please make sure they are correct.
2. Match Records By
Example: Display Name: The system looks at the Display Name to check if an item already exists in your database. (Tip: Make sure the spelling is exactly the same to avoid duplicates).
Map columns
1. Fill in any unmapped columns.
2. Once completed, click Next to proceed.
Review & Import
1. Click Import to complete the process. If there are any rows with errors, you can still choose to proceed and import the correct rows.
2. Afterward, you can download the error log file, correct the data, and upload those remaining rows again.
