🔄 Merging Two Student Records
Merging helps consolidate duplicate student records. All related data from the secondary student will be transferred to the main record.
⚠️ Important Notes

The main record is updated with your selected details

The secondary student’s contact info is removed

The following data is transferred to the main record:

Lessons, Orders, Payments, Journal entries, Cases, Notifications, Memberships

If both records are enrolled in the same lesson, only the main student’s enrollment is kept

⚠️ This process cannot be undone
🛠️ How to Merge Students
1. Go to Students, then select 2 student records you want to merge
2. Click “Actions”, then choose “Merge 2 Students”
3. Select which details to keep from each record, click Confirm to complete the merge.
