๐ How to Add Materials in SchoolTracs
You can upload and share course materials such as notes, syllabuses, or assignments with students via the Materials feature. Materials can be attached to specific lessons and updated anytime.
Follow the steps below to add materials:
1. Select the Course
Go to the course where you want to upload materials.
Click on โMaterialsโ, then click โAddโ
2. Fill in the Material Details
Name: Enter the title (Required).
Description: Provide additional context (Optional).
Date: Select the date to share the material with the selected lessons.
Content: Upload a Video link and/or attachments (PDF, images, etc.).
Visible to students: Toggle this ON for the material to appear in the Student App.
Enable student downloads: Toggle this ON to allow students to download materials.
Action: Click "Add" to save your changes.
3. View the Material in the Relevant Lesson
Once added, the material will appear under the corresponding lesson(s) in the timetable or course page.
