A Course is a combination of Schedule and Pricing. It is used to define the class or programme that students can enroll in. It contains the details of what is being offered, such as the subject, level, and class structure.
A Course typically defines:
- The subject or programme (e.g., Piano, English, Mathematics).
- The level or grade (e.g., Beginner, Grade 1, Advanced).
- The fees that can be assigned when students enroll.
1. Go to "Courses" and click "Create".
2. Enter the Course Information and Pricing Information, then click "Create".
Category and Level are optional fields.
Select the appropriate Pricing Model (Please refer to the Fees and Fee Types sections for more details).
- When Booking Expiry (from Invoice Date) is enabled, students will be unable to add additional lessons to their order once the expiry date has passed.

3. Set up the Course Schedule.
4. Enter the Schedule details, then click "Create".
5. Click "View in Timetable" to locate the course in the timetable.
