Connecting to Zoom
Note: One Zoom account can only be connected to one branch.

Go to Settings > Zoom.

Check the box labeled "Enable Zoom Integration", then click Save.
3. "Connect To Zoom", then save.
Enable "Auto Sync" to automatically synchronise the timetable with Zoom, then click Save.
Note: This action will create Zoom meetings for all lessons in the timetable.
4. Log in to your Zoom account.
5. Click "Authorise" to grant access to your Zoom account.
6. How to Integrate Zoom with a Class:

Go to the Timetable and click on the class you want to integrate with Zoom.

Click Zoom Meeting, then select Create Zoom Meeting.
Note:

Zoom meetings can only be created for future lessons.

Once created, the Zoom meeting will apply to all upcoming lessons in the same series, using the same Zoom meeting room.
7. Sending Reminders and Starting the Meeting:

Click Send Reminder to Participants to notify them so they can join the meeting.

When you’re ready to begin, click the Start URL to launch the meeting.
Note: Ensure that participants have an email address in their personal information to receive the reminder.
8. The Zoom icon will appear in the class once it’s set up for Zoom. Click the Zoom Meeting icon whenever you’re ready to start the meeting.
9. When students join a class with a Zoom meeting set up, the system will automatically send them an email invitation to join the meeting.
10. If students are removed from a class with a Zoom meeting set up, the system will automatically send them an email notifying them that the meeting has been cancelled.
11. If the date or time of a lesson is changed, the system will automatically send an email to notify students of the update.
Note: The default Zoom meeting settings provided by SchoolTracs are listed below. You can modify them after starting the meeting if needed.
Uninstall SchoolTracs from Zoom:
How to Uninstall SchoolTracs from Zoom (if you no longer use Zoom with SchoolTracs):

Log in to your Zoom account and go to the Zoom App Marketplace.

Click Manage > Installed Apps, or search for the SchoolTracs app.

Select the SchoolTracs app.

Click Uninstall to remove the app.
Upgrading Your Zoom Account:

With the Pro plan, admins can easily add and manage users.
After connecting Zoom with the admin account, it will automatically link to the teacher assigned to the lesson. This allows teachers to access the meeting through their own Zoom accounts.
Note:
All Zoom meetings will be deleted upon disconnecting from Zoom.
