Connecting to Zoom
Note: One Zoom account can be connected to only one branch.
Steps:

Go to Settings > Integration > Zoom

Click "Connect to Zoom"
3. Enable Auto Sync for Zoom Integration:

Enable "Auto Sync" to automatically synchronise the timetable with Zoom.

Click Save.
Note:

This action will create Zoom meetings for all lessons in the timetable.

Enable Waiting Room and Meeting Authentication as needed.
3. Login to your own Zoom account.
4. Click "Authorise" to grant access to your Zoom account.
5. Integrating a Class with Zoom:

Go to the Timetable.

Click on the class you want to integrate with Zoom.

Click the Zoom icon, then select "Create Zoom Meeting."
Note:
-
Zoom meetings can only be created for future lessons.

Once created, the Zoom meeting will apply to all upcoming lessons in the same series, using the same Zoom meeting room.
6. Starting the Zoom Meeting and Notifying Students:

Click "Send Reminder to Student" to notify them so they can join the meeting.

When you're ready to begin, click the "Start URL" to launch the meeting.
Note:

Ensure that students have an email address entered in their personal information to receive the reminder.
7. The Zoom icon will appear in the class once it is set up for Zoom. Click the icon whenever you are ready to start the meeting.
8. When students join a class with a Zoom meeting set up, the system will automatically send them an email invitation to join the meeting.
9. If students leave a class with a Zoom meeting set up, the system will automatically send them an email notifying that the meeting has been cancelled.
10. If the lesson’s date or time is changed, the system will send an email to students to notify them of the update.
Note:
The default Zoom meeting settings in SchoolTracs are as follows. You can adjust these settings after starting the meeting if needed.
Uninstall SchoolTracs from Zoom:
How to Uninstall SchoolTracs from Zoom (if you no longer use Zoom with SchoolTracs):

Log in to your Zoom account and go to the Zoom App Marketplace.

Click Manage > Installed Apps, or search for the SchoolTracs app.

Select the SchoolTracs app.

Click Uninstall to remove the app.
Upgrading Your Zoom Account:

With the Pro plan, admins can easily add and manage users.
After connecting Zoom with the admin account, it will automatically link to the teacher assigned to the lesson. This allows teachers to access the meeting through their own Zoom accounts.
Note:
All Zoom meetings will be deleted upon disconnecting from Zoom.
