A Lead represents a potential student who has shown interest in your courses but has not yet been enrolled. Leads allow you to track enquiries, follow up with parents or students, and convert them into enrolled students once they are confirmed.
Create Lead
1. Go to Leads > Create.
2. Input the lead information and click Create.
3. Update the Lead Stage as you follow up.
4. When the status is changed to “Won”, the lead will be converted into a Student and removed from the Leads list. You can then enroll the student as usual.
