🛒 Online Store – Information Display Setup
1. Enable Access to Store
Go to
Settings>PermissionsEnable Access to Store for relevant roles, then Save
2. Set Up Store Content
A. Go to Fee > Online Store
B. Go to Gear > Online Store
General
Go to Channels > Online Store.
Toggle the store open or closed to publish or unpublish it online.
2. Store overview
3. Payment instructions will be displayed on the enrollment page if online payment is not enabled.
4. Enter the Success Booking Message. This message will be displayed after a course enrollment is completed.
5.1 “Add Student Fields” are displayed in the student registration form. Click “Add More” to further customise the form.
5.2 Check the field to include it in the student information form. Click the star icon to make it a mandatory field.
6. When “Reschedule” is enabled, students can reschedule lessons through the store.
7. Display room and teacher information in the store.
8. Create enrollment cases, when enabled and payment is disabled, enrollments from Online Store will create a Case first.
9. Copy the URL and paste on your website, Facebook or send it to students to publish.
Appearance
The logo, banner, store title, and store description will be displayed on the storefront page.
