1. Make sure in "Settings" > "Mobile setting" > "General", check "Enable App for new student"
2. In "Customer", click on "App Status"
3. The "App Enabled" shows if the student can connect to the App. "Users connected" is number of device connected to the App. Select a student here, and you could disable / enable the student's connection to the App.
