📱 Enabling Student App Access
Ensure students can connect to the SchoolTracs App by checking system settings and managing app access per student.
🔧 Step-by-Step Guide
Enable App for New Students
Go to Settings > Mobile Setting > General
✅ Check "Enable App for new student"
🎨 Setting Up App Appearance
Student App > Appearance.
Here, you can upload your centre logo, banner, and set your theme colour to match your branding.
Check App Status for Individual Students
Go to Customer > App Status

App Enabled: Indicates whether the student has access to the App

Users Connected: Number of devices connected to the App
Manage Access
