When a course is linked to a term, its lessons will be scheduled according to the term dates. No lessons will be created during the term break.
How to Apply a Term
Go to Course > Create.
Enter the course name.
Enable Follow term schedule.
4. Enter the pricing model.
✅ The system supports automatic calculation of the number of lessons in the term, so fees can be aligned with the actual lesson count.
5. Click Create to save.
Scheduling Lessons
Create the schedule as normal in the timetable.
The lessons will automatically follow the term dates.
No lessons will be generated during the term break.
Enrollment & Invoicing
Enroll All → Enrolls the student into all lesson dates within the current term.
Students will be registered for every lesson in the timetable for that term.
If the student joins mid-term, you can still adjust enrollment to only include the remaining lessons.
Invoicing → When the current term ends, invoicing can be set to continue automatically into the next term.
This helps avoid manual invoice creation at each term boundary.
Fees will follow the pricing model set for the new term.
You can also stop invoicing at the end of a term if the student does not continue.
