Package Usage

📦 Package Usage Report

This report provides a summary of purchased packages, showing:

  • Number of visits or minutes used

  • Remaining balance

  • Their respective monetary values

🛠️ How to View the Report

 

  1. Go to
    Report > Package Usage

  2. Set the Period

  • Choose your desired date range

  • Click Apply

 

3. Apply Filters (Optional)
    Click “Show More” to filter by:

  • Quota Type (e.g., minutes or lessons)

  • Student

  • Minimum/Maximum Quota Remaining

  • Last lesson date period

4. Download the Report

  • Export as Excel or CSV
