💸 Advanced Discount: Spend Over a Specific Amount → Pay a Fixed Price
This setup allows customers who spend over a specified amount to access fixed pricing on selected courses or products — within the same receipt.
🛠️ How to Set Up This Discount
1. Go to Settings > Discounts > Add
2. Enter Name and Description

Name: Internal reference
-
Description: Will appear on the invoice and receipt
3. Set Discount Period

Input Effective From and Until dates
-
Or choose No end date for ongoing use

Choose how the discount is applied:
-
Purchase Date – based on checkout date
-
Billing Date – based on order’s bill date
⚠️ Discount applies only to items with the same bill date
Example: A student enrolled from May 15 to June 15 will have a bill date of May 1 -
4. Select “Advanced” Discount Type

Choose “Spend the following amount” and enter the minimum spend value
5. Choose Discount Scheme: Pay a Fixed Price

Select the option “Pay a fixed price”
6. Enter Discount Details

Input:
-
Value – the fixed price amount

Quantity – number of items this applies to
-
Products or Courses – select the specific items eligible
-
7. Select Target Audience
-
Everyone – applies to all students
-
Some Students – applies only to selected membership types
8. Automatic Application

When a new order is created in Sales, the discount will apply automatically if:

The spending threshold is met
-
Items are within the same receipt
-
