💰 Advanced Discount: Buy X, Pay a Fixed Price for Y
This feature allows you to apply a fixed discount price to selected courses or products when specific items are purchased — all within the same receipt.
🛠️ How to Set Up a Fixed Price Discount
1. Go to Settings > Discounts > Add
2. Enter Name and Description

Name: Internal reference

Description: Shown in the invoice and receipt
3. Set Discount Period

Input Effective From and Until dates, or check No end date if the discount has no deadline

Choose how the discount is applied:

Purchase Date: Based on the checkout date

Billing Date: Based on the bill date of the order
⚠️ Discount will only apply to items with the same bill date
Example: A course from May 15–June 15 may have a bill date of May 1 -
4. Select “Advanced” Discount Type

Choose "Buy the following courses or products" as the trigger
5. Define Purchase Condition

Enter the required quantity

Choose “Specific” and select the triggering items
6. Set Discount Scheme: Pay a Fixed Price

Choose "Pay a fixed price" as the discount method
7. Enter Discount Details

Specify the value (fixed price), quantity, and applicable products
8. Select Target Audience

Everyone – Applies to all students

Some Students – Applies only to selected membership types
9. Automatic Application

When a new order is created in Sales, the system will apply the fixed price discount automatically if the conditions are met and all items are in the same receipt
