1. 在 Zapier 註冊
2. 註冊 Google 並創建密碼。
3. 創建 Zap。
4. 選擇 "Trigger", 並搜尋 Google Forms。
5. 選擇 "New or Updated Form Response" 及 Google Forms account， 然後 "Continues".
6. 選擇 "Form" 的名稱及 "Trigger Question"，然後 "Continue"。
7. 按 "Test trigger".
8. 按 "Continue with selected record"， 然後搜尋 SchoolTracs。
9. 選擇 "Save Student" 及 "SchoolTracs account"。
10. Copy the API key from the system and paste in the Zapier, then "Yes, Continue to SchoolTracs".
11. 按 "Continue"。
12. 輸入你需要更新的資料格，然後 "Continue"。

13. 按 "Test step".
14. 按 "Publish".
