Zapier helps to sync the students data between Schooltracs and third-party softwares automatically without manual input.

1. Sign up in Zapier
Go to https://zapier.com/
2. Sign up with Google and create password.
3. Create Zap.
4. Select "Trigger", then search Google Forms.
5. Select "New or Updated Form Response" & the Google Sheets account, then "Continues".
6. Select the name of "Form" and "Trigger Question", then "Continue".
7. Click "Test trigger".
8. Continue with selected record, then search SchoolTracs.
9. Select "Save Student" and "SchoolTracs account".
10. Copy the API key from the system and paste in the Zapier, then "Yes, Continue to SchoolTracs".
11. Click "Continue".
12. Input those field you want to be updated, then "Continue".
* Example, Student Name match Name from Google Sheets.
13. Click "Test step".
14. Click "Publish".
15. Select "Go to My Zaps" or "Transfer existing data" to finish the process.
16. Google Form data transferred to SchoolTracs.
